Gerrit Schmidt

Gerrit Schmidt is an industrial engineer and, as Vice President Building Solutions Sales & Marketing Central Europe, heads a team of more than 250 employees in sales, marketing and customer service. Before that, he headed various sales teams at Hilti AG as sales manager and later sales director in Germany and Denmark. Mr. Schmidt started his professional career at the engineering company P3 (today: Umlaut) and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

in sales is omnipresent and not only changes the way each individual employee works, but also has an immense influence on organizational structures, processes and, as a result, shifts in areas of competence within a company. Accompanying this change is one of the core tasks of Mr. Schmidt.
