Ticket

Is access to all stages included in my ticket?

The exhibition ticket includes access to the Masterclasses stages only.

Both the exhibition and conference ticket and the VIP ticket include access to all stages.

What can I do if I have a ticket but cannot attend the Sales Summit?

You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person. Send an email to info@salessummit.de with the name, position, phone number, company address and email address of the person who should receive the ticket.

Does my ticket include food and drink?

Yes, your ticket includes all food and beverages at the event.

Do I have to print out my ticket or is the digital ticket sufficient for on-site registration?

No need to print your ticket, just have your digital ticket ready in the Sales Summit app for onsite registration.

Can I split a two-day ticket between two people?

No, a two-day ticket is valid for one person on both days and cannot be split.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, send an email to info@salessummit.de with the name, position, phone number, company address and email address of the person who should receive the ticket.

Location & Travel

Where can I find the hotel recommendations?

You can find the hotel recommendations on our website.

Is there a checkroom and can I leave my luggage there?

Yes, there is a checkroom and the possibility to leave your jacket and luggage (suitcase, travel bag, etc.) there free of charge.

Is there parking near the event?

Yes, there will be a designated parking lot for participants and exhibitors. Vehicles may not remain on the site overnight.

Is there wifi on site?

Yes, there is free wifi on site for all participants.

When is the opening time?

04.11.: 8:30 am
05.11.: 9:00 am

Is there an event app?

Yes, there is the Sales Summit App that is available to all attendees.

To log in, you will need the ticket ID located on your Sales Summit ticket.

Will there be an evening programme?

After the stage programme on 04.11., the Sales Summit AFTERSHOW LOUNGE will start, including food, drinks, DJ and beer pong.

Where can I find the floor plan?

You will find the stand plan in the Sales Summit App and on the website approx. 4 weeks before the event.

Are the presentations in German or English?

The program of the Sales Summit is mainly in German. The programme indicates the language of the lecture. However, on the Main Stages there is a translation tool which you can use by scanning a QR code on site and using your headphones.

Do I have to register for the masterclasses?

No, you do not have to register for the Masterclasses.

Exhibitors

When can exhibitors enter the location?

All information will be sent by email to our exhibitor contact persons about 5 weeks before the event. If you have any questions that are not listed in the exhibitor information, please contact Selina at selina.meyer@salessummit.de.

When is the set-up and dismantling time?

Live Stream, Recordings, Photos

Is there a live stream?

No. The Sales Summit is an attendance-only event.

Will the presentations of the lectures be uploaded?

Yes, the majority of the presentations and talks will be uploaded to our website afterwards and will be available for download.

Will the event presentations be recorded and how can I access them?

Yes, the majority of the presentations will be recorded and published on our YouTube Kanal afterwards.

Networking

How can I contact other participants before and at the Sales Summit?

You can chat with everyone at the event via the Sales Summit App.

How can I make appointments at the Sales Summit?

Here you can make appointments with our exhibitors and here with our startups.

Through the Sales Summit App, you can contact all participants and make appointments directly.
