As Sales Manager at Vodafone Business, Viktoria is responsible for new customers in the East/North-East region. One of her favorite topics is #FutureOfSales. She and her team are particularly committed to this - not least in order to provide the best possible support to medium-sized companies in the region on their way to a digital future. Because this path should be as simple and secure as possible for Vodafone customers. A native of Ukraine, she completed her postgraduate studies in communications engineering with a focus on IT account management in Germany. Even then, she found everything to do with IT sales particularly exciting. In the meantime, she has more than 18 years of experience from various sales roles in the enterprise area of the Vodafone Group. Prior to her current role, Viktoria was a sales expert responsible for coaching, personnel training and personnel development in sales. New ways? Questioning the existing? Always on the move? That is exactly what drives and distinguishes Viktoria. She is passionate about modern leadership culture, lifelong learning and new work. With a lot of passion and commitment, she implements her vision of the sales of the future at Vodafone. For her extraordinary commitment in various projects during the pandemic, Viktoria was awarded the Vodafone Spirit Hero Award by Vodafone ExCo in 2021.
