Hi, I'm Hendrik Lahme! Since 2019, I have been leading the Service & Customer Success Management" chapter at the Open Telekom Cloud. As Chapter Lead, I am responsible for the disciplinary management of the SDM & CSM team of the Open Telekom Cloud and also act as Chief Customer Success Officer for our customers. Because we, the Open Telekom Cloud, are more than just any cloud. We are Europe's largest open source source public cloud provider and, in addition to the basic IaaS services in the categories compute, network and storage, storage, numerous database solutions, a container service, Big Data and AI offerings as well as comprehensive offerings as well as comprehensive management and security functions - and all this from the twin core data centres in Germany and the UK. core data centres in Germany and the Netherlands.
