After starting his career at Boston Consulting Group advising large companies in B2B sales and marketing, Dr. Jens Hutzschenreuter was Co-Founder of CityDeal, which operated in 16 markets within six months before being acquired by Groupon. He went on to lead different country operations and B2B sales teams for Groupon in Europe, Asia and the United States with up to 250 employees.

Subsequently, he founded a technology company in Munich in the field of automotive software and built up sales to enterprise customers. After selling his shares in the company, he currently runs a management consultancy B2B sales organizations (Digital Business Group) and a headhunting company for B2B sales experts (SalesPotentials). The companies support especially start-ups, corporates as well as private equity investors in building fast growing B2B sales organizations and teams.
