Speaker: Jascha Ahmadi
"Love it, change it or leave it" is his motto and recognizing and promoting talent is his passion. Jascha has been in all different sales roles before and is now in charge of strategic sales and the indirect sales channel at Philips throughout DACH. A trip to the business side broadened his horizon and sharpened his understanding of what is important for successful sales with a wide variety of interfaces. What particularly motivates him is when strategies from the drawing board are being implemented and later also proof to be successful. Jascha presents an example of this in his keynote, which is about how he and his team built up a completely new sales channel that is constantly growing.
