Svenja Lindner has been working in sales for almost 10 years and has gained experience in dealing with different customer groups in various sectors. Starting in classic retail, she switched to e-commerce almost 5 years ago, where she came into contact with B2B customers from the business sector. Since 2019, she has been heading the After Sales division of the German unit of the Flowbird Group, a global player in the field of urban mobility. At Flowbird Deutschland GmbH, her focus is mainly on customers from the public sector. In addition to the operational coordination of the area, she is mainly responsible for contract management and process optimisation/digitisation. While working, she is completing her MBA in general management with an international focus, in order to study different forms of distribution and cultures.
