As the Director of Sales for Highspot in Central Europe, Phong Lam brings over a decade of experience in establishing and growing successful sales organizations on a national and international level. He has a track record of building sales structures from scratch for rapidly expanding technology companies such as Groupon, LinkedIn, and Capmo. Phong has extensive expertise in sales within both corporate and start-up environments. Since August 2022, he has been responsible for leading the operational and strategic aspects of Highspot's business in Central Europe.
