Alexander Bauer began his digital career in 2005 as a management consultant in the Business Innovation department of the Telekom subsidiary DETECON Consulting. After several project assignments in Silicon Valley, Deutsche Telekom Laboratories and DHL Innovation Center, he began to softwareize his digital knowledge with a focus on the perfect customer relationship and made it accessible to medium-sized businesses.
