As often the only woman in a sales team, she is convinced from her own experience that gender diversity is a decisive success factor in sales today. At Veggie Company Carl Kühne KG (GmbH & Co.), Alena Fuchs is currently transforming and responsible as Director for the Industry & Private Label Business Unit, which was recently merged from industrial sales and private label business, and reports directly to the CEO.
