Kersten Kaufmann, born in 1967, gained his first experience in dialogue marketing at the Bertelsmann subsidiary AZ Direct in 1994 after studying business administration and completing a bank apprenticeship. Since 1998, he has been Director Direct Sales at the address management specialist Deutsche Post Adress, a joint venture between Deutsche Post and Bertelsmann/arvato. He and his team look after customers mainly from the retail, financial services, infrastructure and debt collection sectors and advise them on updating, maintaining and optimizing address data.
