Christian Baumgärtel is Regional Vice President, Service Cloud at Salesforce, a position he has held since February 2021. He is a leader in customer service and cloud solutions, leveraging nearly 10 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem. He began his career at Salesforce in 2016 as an Account Executive for Service Cloud and has since held several leadership roles.
Before his tenure at Salesforce, Christian spent over 7 years at ADVA Optical Networking. At ADVA, he held various management positions focused on service portfolio management, service business development, and optimizing service processes and tooling.
