Matthias is the founder of SCORELEAD and CEO of Syneo Tools . His drive as an entrepreneur and innovation expert is to enable people to work more productively and successfully. With the innovative SaaS sales tool SCORELEAD, he and his team have realized this vision for B2B sales.

Raised in Hamburg, Germany, Matthias studied in Switzerland and worked in Japan, Denmark, and Italy for companies such as Frogdesign, Jacob Jensen, and Motorola, serving clients like Ducati, Mandarina Duck, and Gaggenau. As co-founder of Syneo Milano , he developed smart home concepts, interactive POS and Unified Communication solutions for companies such as Whirlpool, Microsoft, Plantronics, Mattel and Luxottica.

His purpose : Empower people to get things done with a smile.
