Speaker: Sebastian Trampenau
Sebastian Trampenau has been working in the Berlin startup scene since 2017. As Head of Sales, he has been in charge of monetization at Jodel since August 2021. In this function, he works in particular on the sustainable expansion and diversification of the advertising business. For him it is an integral part of his leadership principles that modern teams work best when they have a clear common mission, but as much freedom and personal responsibility as possible in how they achieve it. For Sebastian, the role of the leader is to convey this mission and to support each team member to do their best to achieve it. Sebastian is looking forward to discussing how this philosophy works in practice, what he has learned from it and how he sees the future for sales teams.
