When Carolina Bräuninger started as a working student at Dealfront (then still Echobot) in 2018, she soon lost count of how many times she had heard this response to her career choice.

No sooner said than done - only she quickly realised that all German Sales Podcasts were still hosted by men at the time, all of the hosts being much older than her.
In September 2019, Carolina therefore published the first episode of her podcast "Girl in Sales" - the first German Sales Podcast hosted by a woman.
The aim of the project was not only to destigmatise the job in sales, but also to attract young professionals and women to open positions by creating visibility.
Her commitment as Brand Ambassador of SDRs of Germany since January 2022 also supports this mission.
