Dr Maxim Wolf holds a doctorate in Information Systems from the University of London. This was
followed by a long career in IT as a developer, company founder, consultant and sales engineer. He
has been working at IFS for 5 years in service management with a focus on value creation and
optimization. He has lived in London for many years, but his heart is always in his hometown
Hamburg.
