She has worked in both small startups, where she single-handedly managed customer service, and larger companies with established teams.Having spent several years abroad, she gained valuable international experience and developed strong intercultural skills. Today, she collaborates across different teams and departments to continuously enhance the customer experience and make customer service more efficient.
