Emmelie has extensive experience in customer service, progressing from an agent role to deputy team leader and ultimately to Head of Customer Service. She has worked in both small startups, where she single-handedly managed customer service, and larger companies with established teams.Having spent several years abroad, she gained valuable international experience and developed strong intercultural skills. Today, she collaborates across different teams and departments to continuously enhance the customer experience and make customer service more efficient.
