Florian Weiß

Florian Weiß has been Head of Sales at Robert Bosch Hausgeräte GmbH since the beginning of 2023 and is responsible for the e-commerce and Technical Superstores sales channels. Previously, he worked successfully as a Key Account Manager in e-commerce for the Bosch brand for seven years and was responsible for the international expansion of Amazon. Together with his employees, Florian Weiß successfully drives forward new ways of working in Key Account Management and faces the challenges of digitalization, new personnel requirements and motivates people to make bold decisions. The central question for him is how the work in Key Account Management will develop in the future and how Bosch can achieve with bold strategies a competitive advantage from it.
