Gianna Di Lorenzo

Gianna Di Lorenzo is co-founder and strategy advisor at conSensio and a PhD candidate and researcher at ESMT Berlin. Her research asks which human competencies in the age of AI will determine future success and competitiveness. At conSensio, she develops digital methods designed to match competencies fairly with job requirements and to make potential visible beyond the CV:  both for recruiting and for the internal development of leaders and future leaders. "My role is to represent the human side of the AI transformation. As an organisational psychologist, I answer the question that no one else asks in an evidence-based way: which human competencies become more relevant as machines take over more and more?" says Di Lorenzo. She speaks regularly at conferences and events on the future of work and leadership in the age of AI.
