Heike Seltmann

Heike Seltmann has worked at CWS since 2007. She held various positions in sales there - Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager with a focus on building up new customer sales. In 2017, she then took on international responsibility with a focus on building up new customer sales in 15 countries. In 2020, she placed the first pilot hybrid sales programme in new customer sales, while at the same time completing a distance learning course in e-business management at the University of Essen. The success of the pilot led the group of companies to an international rollout across all business units, which she was responsible for as Group Director Sales until 2022.
In 2023, Heike Seltmann took over commercial responsibility for the workwear division of the CWS Group as CCO, Chief Commercial Officer, and since 2024 she has had full sales responsibility as CSO, Chief Sales Officer, and is a member of the Executive Leadership of CWS Workwear International.
