Holger Jacobsen

Holger Jacobsen is a passionate businessman, a lifelong learner and a positive enthusiast who works at Google as Industry Leader Health & Nutrition. He is responsible for leading Google's Healthcare, Food & Beverage business in the EMEA region. 

Holger was born and raised in Germany. He studied Business Administration at the Universities of Würzburg and Hamburg, where he graduated with a Master's degree. He also holds an international degree in marketing from Murdoch University in Perth, Australia, and an executive degree from IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
After graduating, he worked for more than fifteen years in the healthcare and consumer goods industry in various positions in marketing, trade marketing, commercial excellence and sales at adidas, Reckitt Benckiser and GSK Consumer Healthcare / Haleon. Most recently, Holger was Sales Director for the DACH region and General Manager Austria and a member of the Management Board. In 2022, Holger joined Google as Industry Leader Health & Nutrition. In this role, he is responsible for leading Google's efforts to organize the world's health information and make it universally accessible and useful. Together with his team, he helps companies, organizations and associations in the health, food and beverage sectors improve the entire consumer and patient experience journey and help strategic partners exceed their business goals.
