Karl-Philippe Clément has more than 25 years of experience on both sides of the Atlantic. With 16 years at Siemens and 7 years at Bosch Rexroth, he has spent most of his career in key global positions redesigning sales and product promotion to become more customer-centric while improving business productivity and impact. Last year he took on a similar challenge, but in a new area, software sales in the construction industry. Customer experience is at the centre of his decision-making strategy to improve the company's productivity and performance.
