Lars Ørhøj Lauridsen is Senior Principal Consultant and Director Nordics at Thorit, where he leads the agency's Nordic presence. He pairs a practitioner's hands-on command of HubSpot CRM, working with the platform since 2013, with an academic grounding in systems development and information science from Aarhus University. Today he works at the frontier of agentic AI, designing autonomous, AI-driven workflows that reshape how sales and service teams operate inside the CRM, and brings a conviction-driven view on where AI genuinely changes the game for revenue teams, and where it doesn't yet.
