‘Sabbel nich, dat geit’, with this mindset Lisa is shaping the project world of EWE's Customer Services Centre. Since 2021, Lisa has been supporting EWE in the professionalisation of its customer service,
as a strategic project portfolio manager she coordinates more than 15 projects a year. Lisa is particularly interested in challenging situations for which there is no quick and easy solution. As a graduate in German studies, she then likes to refer to the quote from Max Frisch: ‘Crisis is a productive state. You just have to take away the flavour of catastrophe.’
