In leadership roles within the media and retail industries, he has overseen numerous transformation processes, change projects, and system implementations.

For the past two years, he has been responsible for the consumer service transformation at Beiersdorf AG as Head of Consumer Centricity. In this role, he is shaping the realignment of global consumer services - with the goal to build strong consumer relationships and foster brand loyalty by providing a best-in-class consumer contact experience.
