Unleash sales potential in B2B with Lean: As a multilingual consultant with global work experience, Margit Weiss is passionate about developing practical solutions for change in sales teams. Today, she implements those at Omnicell as Sales Effectiveness Manager.
With her experience in the automotive industry (B2C & B2B) at Daimler and various suppliers acquired by the Private Equity Mutares, as well as her work experience at the hidden champion Busch Vacuumpumps, Margit Weiss has a 360° view of the value chain and customer focus and implements comprehensive sales systems that engages the entire sales team. Through the use of digital tools such as CRM, clear KPIs in reports and dashboards, as well as the application of lean methods, she identifies bottlenecks, quantifies change and drives added value through harmonised processes.Holding a Master of Science in International Business Management, she believes in a structured approach to habits and emphasises the importance of understanding people's needs and culture and reducing waste to achieve long-term business success - in the spirit of "Excellence is not an action, but a habit".
