Mathias Grompe

Mathias Grompe is an experienced sales director and a member of the management team at Allianz Partners Germany. Since January 2023, he has been responsible for all sales activities of the company. With more than 20 years of professional experience, Mathias brings extensive expertise in sales, transformation, and business development, both in national and international contexts. He has been part of the Allianz Group since 2012 and has significantly contributed to the company's development in various roles. Most recently, he led the Jena branch of Allianz Beratungs- und Vertriebs-AG. In his current role, Mathias focuses on expanding sales activities, increasing market share, and achieving profitable growth with Allianz Partners Germany.
