Mr. Lingner has been working in the leasing industry for more than 25 years. During his time, he started his career in small companies and switched to an internationally expanding company when he joined DLL. Within DLL, Mr. Lingner fulfilled several functions that included the local account manager - and in the course of his career with increased responsibility – global account manager, supporting partnerships both directly and indirectly. In his current role, he is responsible for a total turnover of more than EUR 850 million, which he generates with a team of 30 people in 6 countries.

At DLL, he has worked with various manufacturers from the construction, industry and transport sectors to build up sales financing concepts with them, which he has implemented across various platforms and different media in the respective industries. At the same time, the brand identity of "DLL - partnering for a better world", including its corporate values, has increasingly become his focus. Furthermore, he has developed his members (DLL calls its employees "members") into visible know-how experts and accompanied their own appearance also via marketing support. A close link between marketing and sales is one of the keys to his success in the leasing industry, where the product is quickly reduced to the money or the interest rate, whereby the real benefits and content can quickly fade into the background.
