Philip Cichy is responsible for the international sales of plastic-compounding machinery as a sales director at Feddem GmbH & Co. KG. His tasks include both the strategic orientation of the corporate sales strategy and the effective structuring of sales processes. With his extensive international sales experience and leadership skills, he has made the responsible experiences in this field and profiled himself in this area. The focus of his professional activities was always on investment-intensive and highly technical products, that were sold in a global environment. In addition to his professional activities, Philip Cichy is active as a lecturer in leadership studies, where he focuses on imparting contemporary leadership skills to students in technically oriented industries.
