He has extensive experience in the development and management of both offline channels (direct sales, dealer sales, franchise systems) and online channels (e-commerce, customer portals, websites) in the sales and service sector. He is particularly driven by the integration of various online and offline channels into a customer-centric omni-channel set-up. In addition, he is a driving force for international expansion of companies, transformation of business models and digitalization of marketing and sales landscapes, both in terms of state-of-the-art tools for salespeople and marketeers but also in terms of pioneering AI solutions and the shift from offline to online B2B channels.
