Robert Schmid is an experienced IT and transformation executive with more than three decades of experience across manufacturing and financial services, focusing on digital transformation, SaaS platforms, and hybrid IT environments. He combines strong technology expertise with a deep understanding of IT security, compliance, digital sovereignty, and regulatory requirements such as NIS2 and DORA. Prior to his current role, he held positions with leading global technology and consulting firms, including a global cloud provider’s partner organization and as a Senior Manager in Technology Strategy & Transformation at an international management consultancy.
