Sarah has been an established sales consultant and trainer (BDVT and TAM) in the start-up and scale-up scene for five years. She has years of experience as a manager in a wide variety of roles. Whether Team Lead, Head of Sales or CRO - Sarah not only knows the different stages of scaling, but also the challenges that sales leaders face in each phase. She has experienced every stage herself and knows exactly how to build a sales organization.
With almost 1000 hours of training and coaching under her belt and over 250 talents, Sarah has already made a big difference in the sales world.
She loves the fast-paced environment, but always focuses on sustainable business models. That is why she has been a partner of Growth Mastery since April and runs the company together with Stephanie Sgura. She also acts as a consultant and sparring partner for sales managers.
