Sophia Krekel

As Head of Regional Sales at StepStone, Sophia Krekel is responsible for the Frankfurt and Cologne sales units, as well as the Hospitality Solutions division. She leads about 70 employees in sales and pursues the mission to find the right job for everyone in times of shortage of skilled workers. Before joining StepStone, Sophia was active in the tourism industry and managed sales for a travel agency cooperation, worked in key account management in Germany and Switzerland and in B2C sales for a tour operator. She has a profound knowledge and a lot of passion for sales.
