Tobias Sturm

The Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Nordrhein (Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of North Rhine) ensures outpatient care under statutory health insurance for around 10 million residents in North Rhine-Westphalia with 24,000 members. As a modern and highly relevant service provider in the German healthcare system, over 2 million inquiries from members, practice teams, and patients are answered annually. 

Tobias Sturm has been responsible for the service experience and service efficiency across all touchpoints as Director of Service & Consulting for around five years. In addition to strong teams and a continuously evolving organization, service technology with a focus on Conversational AI is playing an increasingly important role. Previously, Tobias Sturm held responsibility for teams and results in the customer care environment in several leadership positions and industries, both nationally and internationally.
